Our School Council are responsible for representing the ideas, interests and opinions of their classmates and other children in the school. At the beginning of each academic year each class holds an election for their School Council representative. At least once a half-term, we meet to talk about issues that are of importance and interest to the children in our school. We work together to find solutions to these problems, to address the issues raised and to make improvements to our school and our time here.
Each school councillor has their own clipboard. This is used every Friday to gather pupil voice from around the school at breaktimes. This is then reported back to Mr Bilner or Mrs Taylor. There is a set question asked each week. This is generated by staff or by the children themselves.

How can we improve breaktimes?
What do we like about our gatherings?
